Anfulu is a store operated by Mydian LLC, a limited liability company registered in South Dakota, United States. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Anfulu" mean Mydian LLC. "You" means the person visiting the site or buying from it.
This policy describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It covers anfulu.com and any email or message you send us.
Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify processes personal information on our behalf and also for its own purposes. Section 6 explains that.
If this policy and our Terms of Service disagree about personal information, this policy applies.
1. What we collect
Contact details. Your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address.
Order details. What you looked at, what you put in your cart, what you bought or returned, and any note you leave at checkout.
Payment details. Your payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We receive the type of card, the last four digits, and whether the payment succeeded. We do not hold your full card number.
Account details. Your name, email address and order history, if you sign in to an account.
Messages. Whatever you write to us by email or direct message, including photographs.
Device and browsing details. Your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you view, the page that sent you to us, and what you click. We collect these with cookies, pixels and similar tools. Section 4 explains how.
2. Where it comes from
From you, when you order, sign up for email or write to us.
From your device, automatically, when you use the site.
From Shopify and our payment providers, when you pay.
From Meta, TikTok and Google, when you see or click one of our ads.
3. How we use it
To take your order, ship it, and deal with tracking, returns and refunds.
To reply when you write to us and handle product availability requests. A product notification request records your email and the product you asked about. It does not subscribe you to our general newsletter.
To send you email about new releases, if you sign up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
To show our ads to people who may like Anfulu, and to measure which ads work.
To see how people use the site, so we can improve it.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
To keep the records that tax, customs and other laws require.
4. Cookies, pixels and ads
The site uses cookies and similar tools. Some are necessary for the cart and checkout to work. Others measure visits and ads.
We use the Meta pixel (for Facebook and Instagram ads), the TikTok pixel, and Google tags (Google Analytics and Google Ads). These tools record events such as the pages you view, the products you add to your cart, and your purchases. They send these events to Meta, TikTok and Google, with your IP address and device details.
When you give us your email address or phone number, we may also send it to these platforms in a coded (hashed) form. The platform uses it to match your visit to an account it already holds, so we can measure our ads and show them to similar people.
Each platform uses this information under its own privacy policy: Meta, TikTok, Google.
Where social media content is embedded, loading it can send your IP address and device information to the service hosting it.
To limit this: set your browser to block or delete cookies; change your ad settings in your Meta, TikTok and Google accounts; or install the Google Analytics opt-out. Blocking necessary cookies can stop the cart and checkout from working.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the parties below.
Shopify, which runs our store and checkout. Section 6 explains more.
Payment providers, to take your payment and prevent fraud.
Shipping partners in Shanghai and in our delivery destinations, and customs authorities. They receive your name, address, phone number and a description of the parcel, so the parcel can be cleared and delivered.
The software we use to manage orders, print shipping labels and send email.
Meta, TikTok and Google, as Section 4 explains.
Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, and public authorities when the law requires it.
A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganised.
Under some US state laws, sending browsing details to advertising platforms can count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out. Section 8 explains how.
6. Shopify
Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide its services to us. For some purposes, such as fraud prevention, Shop Pay and the Shop app, Shopify uses it under its own privacy policy.
7. Where your information goes
Shopify stores data in Canada, the United States and other countries. We run Anfulu from Shanghai, China, and we pack and ship orders there. So we access your order details in China, and your name and address travel with the parcel from Shanghai to you.
8. Your choices and rights
Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to us.
Access, correction and deletion. Email hello@anfulu.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to keep some records, such as order and tax records, where the law requires.
Targeted advertising. Email hello@anfulu.com with the subject "Opt out", or use our Your privacy choices page, to request that we stop sharing your details with advertising platforms for targeted ads. You can also use the settings in Section 4.
We respond to requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Someone you authorise can make a request for you. We do not treat you differently for using these rights.
9. How long we keep it
Order and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually seven years.
Marketing email details: until you unsubscribe, with any suppression record needed to respect your choice. Product availability requests: for as long as needed to handle the request; email us to withdraw it.
Messages: for as long as we need them to deal with your question, return or refund.
Browsing details collected by pixels: for as long as each platform keeps them under its own policy.
10. Security
Payments go through Shopify's secure checkout. We limit who on our team can see customer details. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise that your information will never be accessed without permission.
11. Children
This site is not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us information, email hello@anfulu.com and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may change this policy. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site or by email.
