Anfulu is operated by Mydian LLC, a limited liability company registered in South Dakota, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Anfulu" mean Mydian LLC. "You" means the person using this site.

By using anfulu.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order.

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Hong Kong. We do not ship to PO boxes or to parcel forwarders.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Tell us at hello@anfulu.com if you think someone else has used your account.

You must give accurate information when you order. We may cancel an order that carries a false name, address or payment detail.

3. How Anfulu sells

Anfulu brings independent Chinese brands to customers worldwide.

We source products from the brands we work with and ship them from Shanghai, China, to your address in one of our supported destinations. We are the seller.

4. Products

Screens show colour differently, so the piece you receive may not match your screen exactly.

Small differences in grain, weave and colour between pieces are normal and are not faults.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation.

We may decline an order if the piece is no longer available, if the price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order, we refund you in full.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any sales tax, unless the page says otherwise.

We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.

Payment methods and the amount payable are shown at checkout before you place your order.

7. Delivery

We ship from Shanghai, China, to our supported destinations by tracked courier. Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days, followed by an estimated 5 to 12 business days shipping from Shanghai. Business days are Monday to Friday.

Coming-soon products are not available to order. Any preorder offer will be identified on the product page with its applicable dispatch estimate.

If a piece is not in stock when you order, we order it from the brand and email you the new dispatch date. If you do not want to wait, or we cannot get it, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather and address errors may affect delivery. Your mandatory rights for delayed or undelivered goods remain unchanged.

Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel.

8. Returns

Our returns and refunds are set out in the Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our general policy covers faulty pieces. The United Kingdom cancellation provisions in our Refund policy apply to eligible UK orders. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Our content

The text, photographs, design and code on this site belong to Mydian LLC or to the brands we work with. You may not copy, republish or sell any of it without our written permission.

Brand names and marks on this site belong to their owners.

10. What you may not do

Do not use this site to break the law, to send malware, to scrape it at a rate that burdens it, or to get around any security measure.

11. Automated tools

If you use an automated tool on this site, it must identify itself as an automated tool. It must not imitate a human user or bypass a security measure.

12. Third-party links and tools

This site links to other sites and uses tools built by other companies. We provide these as they are. We do not control them and we do not endorse them.

13. Shopify

This site runs on Shopify. Shopify is not a party to your contract with us and is not responsible for it.

14. Limits on our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

15. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access to this site if you break these terms.

16. Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.

17. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim in the courts available to you under applicable law.
