Anfulu ships to the United States by tracked express courier. Shipping is free on orders over $150 and $15 below that.

Import duty and taxes are not included in the price. Customs charges them when the parcel arrives and they are yours to pay. We dispatch within 10 business days; transit is then 5–10 business days.

What you pay

  • Shipping: free over $150, otherwise $15.
  • Import duty, taxes and clearance fees: not included — you pay these on delivery.
  • Dispatch: within 10 business days of your order.
  • Transit: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
  • Tracking: on every parcel.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States. If your address is not accepted at checkout, we cannot ship to it.

We do not ship to parcel forwarders or freight forwarders. Your parcel is cleared into the United States in your name, at the address you give us, and a forwarder creates a second import in someone else's name that we cannot help you with.

We deliver to residential and business addresses. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

How long it takes

Dispatch: within 10 business days of your order. Every item is checked before it ships.

Transit: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Together that is usually three to four weeks from order to delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Duties and import taxes

The price on the product page is the price of the goods. It does not include US import duty, customs clearance or brokerage fees.

Your parcel ships from Shanghai and is cleared into the United States in your name. The carrier pays customs on your behalf at the border and then bills you — the duty itself, plus its own clearance or disbursement fee. That bill is settled before the parcel is released, usually online and sometimes at the door.

What it costs. Duty is assessed on what the piece is made of and what you paid for it. Neither we nor the carrier can quote the figure before customs sets it, so treat it as a real cost on top of the price and the shipping fee.

Not included either: charges raised by a forwarder or other third party that moves the parcel after the carrier has delivered it to the address you gave us.

If you refuse the charge the parcel is returned to us or destroyed. A parcel that comes back is refunded for the goods, less the carrier's actual return charge. A parcel destroyed by customs cannot be refunded.

We add no handling, insurance or surcharge fees of our own. Ask us anything before you order: hello@anfulu.com.

If customs contacts you

Customs occasionally asks the person named on the parcel to confirm details before it can clear. Only you can answer that request.

Reply to the carrier, and forward the request to hello@anfulu.com so we can follow it from our side. If the request is a demand for payment rather than for information, that is the import duty and clearance fee described above — it is yours to settle, and paying it promptly is what releases the parcel.

Tracking

We email tracking when the carrier scans the parcel. Tracking can go quiet for a day or two between hubs.

If tracking has not updated for five business days, email hello@anfulu.com. We deal with the carrier; you do not need to open a case.

Late, lost or damaged

Report a problem within 30 days of the last tracking scan.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it, or refund you in full if the item is no longer available.

If a parcel arrives damaged, email hello@anfulu.com with photographs of the outer packaging and the item. We replace or refund it and we pay any return postage.

Address changes and undelivered parcels

Email hello@anfulu.com before dispatch to change a delivery address. Once the carrier has the parcel we cannot reroute it.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted delivery, we refund the price of the items less the return shipping we actually incur. If it is returned because of our error, we refund you in full.

Questions about shipping?

Email hello@anfulu.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm CT.

Contact us

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and original packaging included.

If you change your mind, you arrange and pay the return shipping. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay it.

Returns are sent to our returns address in China. We give you the address when we approve the return.

What a return costs

  • Changed your mind: you pay return shipping. Nothing is deducted from your refund.
  • Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay return shipping.
  • Restocking fee: none.
  • Original shipping fee: refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or wrong.
  • Duty and import tax: paid by you to the carrier, not to us, so there is nothing for us to refund. Some carriers refund duty on a returned export — ask yours.

How long you have

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Once we approve it, you have a further 14 days to hand the parcel to a carrier.

Faulty items: report within 30 days of delivery. If a manufacturing fault appears after that, contact us. This policy does not limit your rights under the law that applies to you.

Condition we can accept

Items must come back in the condition they arrived in:

  • Unworn, other than trying the item on.
  • All tags attached on the original fastening.
  • Original packaging included: box, dust bag, hanger or polybag.
  • Free of marks from cosmetics, fragrance, smoke or animals.
  • Shoes tried on indoors only, with unmarked soles, returned in their box. Do not attach labels or tape to the shoebox.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we email you photographs and the reason within one business day. You can have it sent back to you once at our cost, or leave it with us.

Final sale

These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Final sale items are marked on the product page before you buy.

  • Underwear, lingerie and swimwear once the hygiene seal is removed.
  • Pierced jewellery.
  • Cosmetics, fragrance and skincare once opened.
  • Socks and hosiery.
  • Made-to-order, made-to-measure and altered items.
  • Any item marked final sale on its product page.

Faulty items are never final sale.

How to return an item

1. Email hello@anfulu.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you are returning. For a fault, attach photographs of the fault, the care label and the swing tag.

2. We reply within 24 hours with the return address and a return reference.

3. Post the parcel within 14 days of approval, tracked. Write the return reference inside and on the outside of the parcel, and declare it as a returned good on the customs form.

Do not send returns to the sender address printed on the parcel. That is a fulfilment warehouse and cannot process your refund. Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

The parcel is at your risk until it reaches us, so keep the tracking number.

Refunds

We inspect returns on arrival and refund on the day the return is accepted. Your bank then takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We refund the price of the returned items. The original $15 shipping fee is refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or wrong. Return postage you paid on a change-of-mind return is not refunded.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Email hello@anfulu.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the fault, the care label and the swing tag. We reply within 24 hours.

We pay the return postage. When the item reaches us we refund it in full, including the original shipping fee, or replace it if it is still available. The choice is yours.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Most items are a single production run, so we cannot hold stock against a parcel in transit.

Return the item for a refund and order the size you want separately. If you are unsure of size, email hello@anfulu.com for the measurements of a specific item before you order.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the law that applies to you.

Not sure whether an item qualifies?

Email hello@anfulu.com with your order number and a photograph before you post it. We reply within 24 hours.

Chinese labels run small by Western habit — usually one to two sizes small, and cut narrower through the shoulder and upper arm. So do not buy the letter. Every product page here carries the garment's own measurements in centimetres; measure a piece you already wear and love, compare the numbers, and buy the size that matches. That one habit removes most of the reason anyone returns anything.

Three rules that do most of the work

  1. Measure a garment you own and love, laid flat, and match centimetres to centimetres. It beats measuring your body.
  2. Chinese S, M and L usually sit one to two sizes below their US equivalents, and no two labels agree. The letter tells you almost nothing.
  3. Between sizes: size up for anything structured or shoulder-led, size down only when the cut is deliberately oversized.

How to measure yourself

Use a soft tape. Measure over underwear, not over clothes. Keep the tape snug but not pulled tight, and keep it level all the way round — a tape that rides up at the back adds centimetres that are not there. Get someone else to do the shoulders and the back if you can. Write everything down in centimetres.

  • Bust or chest: around the fullest point, arms down, tape level under the arms.
  • Underbust: directly beneath the bust, where a band would sit.
  • Waist: the narrowest point of your torso, usually just above the navel. Breathe normally.
  • Hip: the fullest point, roughly 20cm below the waist, feet together.
  • Shoulder: across the back, from the bony point of one shoulder to the other.
  • Sleeve: shoulder point to wrist bone, arm slightly bent.
  • Inseam: from the crotch to the floor, barefoot.
  • Your height: worth having, so you can compare yourself to the model measurements on the product page.

How to measure a garment you already own

This is the more reliable method, because it compares like with like. Lay the piece flat on a hard surface, smooth it out, and do not stretch it.

  • Chest or bust: armpit seam to armpit seam across the front, then double it.
  • Waist: across the narrowest point, then double it.
  • Hip: across the fullest point below the waist, then double it.
  • Shoulder: seam to seam across the back.
  • Sleeve: shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
  • Length: from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.

Then add ease for the fit you want: about 4 to 6cm over your body measurement for something fitted, 8 to 12cm for a relaxed cut, 15cm or more for a deliberately oversized one. Stretch changes this — 3 to 5% elastane in the composition buys you a size's worth of give, and a rigid woven buys you none.

Womenswear: Chinese sizing to US

Chinese womenswear is often labelled with a height and bust code — 160/84A means 160cm tall, 84cm bust, average build — as well as, or instead of, a letter.

Body measurements in centimetres, not garment measurements
Chinese sizeUSBustWaist

L / 170/92A8–1090–96cm70–76cm
XL / 175/96A10–1296–102cm76–82cm

A starting point, not an answer. Chinese sizing is not standardised across labels — two size S pieces from two labels can differ by 6cm in the chest. The measurements on the product page always win over this table.

Menswear from Chinese labels is usually cut close through the shoulder and short in the sleeve relative to US equivalents. If your shoulder measurement is at the top of a range, take the size above.

Shoes: foot length to size

Measure barefoot in the evening, standing, with your heel against a wall: the distance from the wall to your longest toe. Measure both feet and use the larger one.

Chinese shoes are sized by foot length in millimetres

Many Chinese lasts are cut narrow. If your foot is wide, or the piece is a closed boot, take the next half size up.

When you are between sizes

Size up for tailoring and anything with a set-in sleeve, outerwear you will wear over a knit, rigid wovens with no stretch, and shirts if you are broad through the chest or back.

Size down only when the cut is deliberately oversized — the kind where the shoulder seam is meant to sit halfway down your arm — or when a heavy rib knit will relax with wear.

If two of your measurements point at two different sizes, buy for the one you cannot alter. Shoulders and hips are hard to change; a waist can be taken in by any tailor for less than a return costs. And read the fit note on the product page before you decide: it describes that specific piece, and it overrides every rule on this page.

What the product page tells you

Where we have the information, it is on the page rather than in an email:

  • A fit note — one line on how this specific piece runs, written after we handled it.
  • A size chart in centimetres — the garment's measurements, taken flat. Compare them to the piece you measured at home.
  • The model's height and the size worn — so you can scale what you are looking at to yourself.
  • Composition — how much stretch there is, and how the fabric will behave.
  • Care — including whether it can be washed at all.

If something you need is missing from a page, email us. We have the piece and we will measure it.

Fabric moves, so plan for it

Unwashed cotton knits can lose 2 to 3cm in length on a first hot wash — wash cold and dry flat. Linen softens and relaxes slightly. Ribbed knits sit tight in the parcel and give within an hour of wear, so do not size up on the strength of the first thirty seconds. Silk and viscose do not forgive a machine; check the care line before you buy, not after.

Ask us before you order

Email hello@anfulu.com with the product, your measurements in centimetres, and the size you normally take in a brand we would know. We will tell you which size to buy — including, sometimes, that neither will work for you.

Replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm CT.
