How to measure
ChestLengthWaistLength
  1. Lay a similar garment flat without stretching it.
  2. Chest or bust: measure across below the armholes. Double this only when comparing with a full chest circumference. A half-chest figure is the flat width.
  3. Waist and hip: measure straight across, then double when the chart gives a full circumference. For elastic waists, compare the relaxed and stretched range.
  4. Length: measure a top from the shoulder beside the neck to the hem, trousers from waistband to hem, and skirts from waist to hem.
